COMMUNITY SHOPPING POLICIES
WHAT IS IT?
Salem Pregnancy offers free baby clothes (Preemie- 2T), diapers, wipes, formula, and more. Any expecting or current parent can request items for their children, birth-2yrs old, for up to 2 children. In our community shopping program, pickup for care packages can be scheduled every 90 days. Once the baby is born and the client knows the diaper size needed, you may call to request an Emergency Care Package of diapers, wipes, and formula ONLY. Other items are available as well, so please be sure to discuss this with us when we are scheduling your appointment with you.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE AND WHEN CAN I SHOP?
● ANY mother or father may schedule a pickup appointment every 90 days.
● If client as not had their baby yet, they are ONLY eligible to receive baby clothes (if the gender is known). We only allow clients to receive diapers, wipes, and formula AFTER the baby is born to ensure we have resources on hand for clients that are truly in need of those items for their babies immediately.
