What Is It?
Becoming a parent is exciting, but it can also be intimidating and scary. That’s why we offer a true in-depth parenting class to help you get started on the right foot and calm some of those natural fears. Our eight-week parenting class is aimed at answering a lot of the questions new parents have. Some of our topics include, labor and infant expectations, breast feeding, pregnancy health before and after, immunizations, baby safety, infant CPR, discipline, and co-parenting.
Any expectant parent. Both moms and dads are welcome to attend.
When Does The Group Meet?
We have a new eight-week class starting once a quarter. Please contact Salem Pregnancy for our upcoming class dates. These classes are always held on Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:00 pm.
(In-person here at SPCC or via Zoom depending on class size and certain restrictions)
How Do I Join?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in joining an upcoming parenting class!
What are the benefits?
Group support and help from the experts. If you attend seven out of the eight classes, you will graduate and receive a “baby box” filled with baby items to help you get started.
