Come out for a FREE and FUN event for the whole family! Salem Pregnancy Care Center will have a FULL PARKING LOT PARTY!!

There will be bounce houses, a gaga pit, snacks, snow cones, cotton candy, games, door prizes and LOADS OF FUN!!!

Free family event for anyone interested in coming! Dunk tank, bounce houses, gaga pit, snow cones, cotton candy, games- something for everyone!

FUN IN THE SUN!! Free fun, get out of the house- in Winston Salem- close to all surrounding counties!

2025 Spring FREE Community Event

Salem Pregnancy is a FREE Medical Clinic in Winston Salem, NC serving women facing an unplanned pregnancy, and supporting families through free resources and education. We provide pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, options counseling, std testing and treatment, mental health counseling, post abortion resources, parenting classes, life coaching programs, community shopping programs, and referrals for all necessary services for maternal health/etc. All services are provided free of charge to anyone.
