We do not perform or refer for abortions
- Because we care about you, Salem Pregnancy does not perform or refer for abortions. Instead, we offer you information about the various abortion procedures, risks, and the alternatives to having an abortion
We do not judge women who are considering an abortion or who have already had an abortion
- We respect your right to choose, but also desire to maintain your well-being. We will help you sort through all your options and will be here for support you.
- If you are suffering from guilt or grief flowing an abortion, we offer a program for women who desire emotional and spiritual healing
We are not a doctor’s office
- All medical services are overseen by our volunteer medical director who is a local OBGYN. Ultrasounds are performed by licensed medical professionals who are on staff here at Salem Pregnancy.  To make an appointment click here
- We do not provide long-term OBGYN services but will gladly provide you with referrals to some trusted local practices in the area.

Salem pregnancy care center, it is an excellent place, I went there when I found out I was pregnant, I was 4 weeks old, they did the pregnancy test there, and some studies, the truth is that I really liked the way the staff treated me, and the way they explained each procedure, it was very wonderful, I felt confident to ask any question, I personally liked it a lot, also when I attended there they told me about some classes for 8-week parents and I was interested, after After 5 months the classes started, and I did take all the classes, they help you a lot, they give you different topics and they are very useful, both for new mothers and for mothers who already have children, I loved taking my classes, it was a nice experience.
Salem pregnancy center has helped me since day one. From the beginning they helped me with my pregnancy test & first ultrasound. They guided me into a healthy and desired pregnancy. Guadalupe is great and has helped my husband and I through the 8 weeks program for parents in Spanish. My husband and I have learned so much from her and other speaking guest, we are very excited to continue the 6 month program that will help us even more in the future. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who does and doesn’t know what to do when they find out they are expecting. I hope I can give back just as they have gave to us. I would recommend Salem Pregnancy to any new or upcoming moms. Their parenting classes are very educational and a blessing to me and my family with much resources given. You have Ayana and Lisa who is there for you for mental and spiritual support. If I could retake the parenting classes again I would with no hesitation and at the end you will would never know how important it is when one become a mother that's caring for a little human so please do not hesitate to reach out to Salem Pregnancy. 10 out of 10 recommended

The parenting class is one of the best decisions I have made. This is our 4th child and although I knew a few things. Times have changed since our last one and it was very educational and nice to be with a group that was learning the things too.
Salem Pregnancy Care Center is God-sent! They help you with resources and information relating to pregnancy and parenting. They provide holistic care- spiritial, physical, emotional, etc.
Taking the parenting class with my husband that they offer was definitely eye opening and we learned a lot of important information!! We both feel that after this class we are prepared for when our daughter shows up in 2 weeks!! 10/10 would recommend this place to anybody in Winston Salem who is pregnant!!
Salem Pregnancy has been the biggest blessing for me and my family!! they have provided so many different opportunities and resources but most importantly an over abundance of love! they treat everyone like family and welcomed me and my little one with open arms! i will forever recommend SPCC!!!

Support person for my wife during an Amazing 8 week class on parents to be. Once a week for 1.5 hours we went over different topics about having kids and pregnancy. All the teachers and guest speakers are great and we learn a lot. Highly recommend.
I found out about the Salem Pregnancy from a friend. I so glad I asked more questions and decided to email them. Both me and my husband have learned a lot from the classes and met really great people. We feel like we now have a community and it’s nice to meet every week seeing everyone and learning more about becoming a parent.

I have truly had a wonderful experience with Salem Pregnancy Care Center. Everyone that I have meet through them has been wonderful, and I’m so glad that I found them. They have texted to check up on me since the beginning of my pregnancy and have been so kind. I have also really enjoyed the 8-week parenting class that they offer, it has taught me so much!
I have been doing the pregnancy class and I have learned so much! I already have a child but as a mom or dad you can never learn too much to help prepare us to welcome our little ones here. The class has been very welcoming and helpful and I’ve met some great people. Thank you salem pregnancy!
